Hypnobirthing classes are held at either Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, Bodelwyddan on weekdays (three sessions of three hours' duration, either morning or afternoon), or, for smaller classes or one-to-one sessions at my home office - please CONTACT ME for upcoming Hypnobirthing class dates.

Having been there myself, I know that you are probably feeling mixed emotions right now - excited about having a baby, but also a little anxious about the process of giving birth!
I used hypnosis myself for the comfortable birth of my son in 1999 and was so impressed with the experience that I became a hypnotherapist, and then trained with the founder of HypnoBirthing, Marie Mongan, at St. Thomas's Hospital in London in 2004, to make Hypno-Birthing one of my specialist hypnotherapy skills.
