HypnoBirthing is a complete ante natal course taken over four, three-hour sessions.  It  teaches deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, guided imagery and breathing techniques to women and to their birth companions.

 

Its goal is to eliminate fear and anxiety and to induce a deep sense of confidence and self-belief around labour and birth
